The 20 CLUB CONCEPT

The 20-Club Concept is our main marketing stratedgy. We use it for three reasons: 1. It's an easy plan that people can understand. 2. It's a believable and achievable plan. 3. We are teaching people how to compare compensation plans.
1. Personally sponsor 4 people. 2. Teach and help them to each sponsor 4 people, for a total of 20 people in your group. 3. Now we can objectively compare any compensation plan by using these same 4 first level and 16 second level people and assume $100 of product volume flowing through each of those same people. 4. Let's assume that another program pays 5% first level and 10% second level. By using the 20-Club Concept we can now compare the residual bonus dollars that are generated by that program and compare it to the bonus dollars generated with the same people and the same sales volume in For^Mor International. 5. O.K. 4 people on the first level times $100 of sales volume equals $400 of total sales volume on the first level. 5% of $400 dollars would equal $20 of bonus on the first level. 16 people on the second level times $100 of sales volume equals $1600 of total sales volume on your second level. 10% of $1600 equals $160 of bonus on the second level. Your total bonus on twenty people would be $180. 6. If we run those same people through For^Mor, the residual bonus dollars would be $780 on just twenty people. WOW!!! Compensation plans do make a big difference don't they. 7. Due to the realities of our marketing plan, the compensation that is generated in For^Mor will be $889 per month, assuming all people purchase 6 bottles of product. |
